Silver Oak University is a state private university located in Ahmedabad, in the Indian state of Gujarat. It was established under the Gujarat Private Universities Act and offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes across engineering, management, computer applications, sciences, design, law, and allied disciplines.

The university grew out of the Silver Oak group of institutions, which had earlier operated engineering and management colleges affiliated with Gujarat Technological University (GTU). On receiving private university status from the Government of Gujarat, the group was reorganised under a single university framework, bringing its constituent colleges and academic programmes under one administrative structure.
