Saumya Tandon is an Indian actress and television presenter, known primarily for her work in Hindi television and films. She gained widespread popularity through her portrayal of Anita Vibhuti Narayan Mishra in the &TV sitcom Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!, a role she played from 2015 to 2020.

Saumya Tandon was born and brought up in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She pursued higher studies in Delhi and later trained in classical dance. Before establishing herself as an actress, she worked as a video jockey and television anchor, which gave her early exposure to mainstream broadcasting.
Tandon began her on-screen career as a presenter for music and lifestyle programmes on Indian television. She hosted the youth-oriented show Tare Zameen Par on Doordarshan and was associated with several music-channel programmes during the 2000s. She also co-hosted the dance reality show Dance India Dance Li'l Masters on Zee TV.
She made her Hindi film debut with a supporting role in Imtiaz Ali's Jab We Met (2007), in which she played Roop, the elder sister of Kareena Kapoor's character Geet. She subsequently appeared in films including Bhram and the Marathi-language film Yanda Kartavya Aahe.
In March 2015, Tandon joined the cast of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!, a sitcom on &TV produced by Edit II Productions and created by Binaifer Kohli and Sanjay Kohli. She played Anita Mishra, the educated and assertive wife of Vibhuti Narayan Mishra. The show became one of the highest-rated Hindi sitcoms of its time, and Tandon's performance brought her broad popular recognition. She left the series in 2020.
After exiting Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!, Tandon appeared in web content and continued to take up hosting and digital projects. She has also been involved in fashion and lifestyle endorsements.
Saumya Tandon married Saurabh Devendra Singh, a banking professional. The couple have a son.
Tandon is regarded as one of the recognisable faces of the Hindi sitcom genre in the 2010s. Her portrayal of Anita Mishra is often cited as an example of a comedic female lead in Indian general-entertainment television, where she balanced the slapstick framework of the show with a poised on-screen persona.
