Sargun Mehta Dubey is an Indian actress, television presenter, and producer who works predominantly in Punjabi cinema and Hindi television. She first came to prominence with the Hindi soap opera 12/24 Karol Bagh on Zee TV and later established herself as a leading actress in the Punjabi film industry.

Sargun Mehta was born and raised in Chandigarh in a Punjabi family. She moved to Delhi for higher education and graduated in commerce from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. During her college years she participated in theatre and modelling, which led to her entry into the entertainment industry.
Mehta made her television debut with Zee TV's 12/24 Karol Bagh (2009–2010), where she played Anushka "Simi" Sethi, an aspiring fashion designer. The role earned her wide recognition. She subsequently appeared in Phulwa (2011) on Colors TV and played the lead role of Ganga in Balika Vadhu for a brief stint. She also featured in Apke Aa Jane Se and participated in the dance reality show Nach Baliye 5 (2013) with Ravi Dubey, where the couple finished as runners-up.
She made her Punjabi film debut with Angrej (2015), directed by Simerjit Singh, opposite Amrinder Gill and Aditi Sharma. The film was a major commercial success and earned her the PTC Punjabi Film Award for Best Actress. She subsequently appeared in films such as Love Punjab (2016), Lahoriye (2017), Jindua (2017), Qismat (2018), Kala Shah Kala (2019), Surkhi Bindi (2019), Chal Mera Putt 2 (2020), Qismat 2 (2021), and Saunkan Saunkne (2022).
Along with her husband Ravi Dubey, Mehta co-founded Dreamiyata Entertainment, which has produced Hindi television serials including Udaariyaan (Colors TV) and Junooniyatt, as well as the streaming series Matsya Kaand.
Mehta married actor Ravi Dubey on 7 December 2013. The couple, who met on the sets of 12/24 Karol Bagh, are based in Mumbai and frequently collaborate on production ventures.
Sargun Mehta is regarded as one of the most prominent female leads in contemporary Punjabi cinema, having helped expand the commercial reach of Pollywood films among diaspora audiences in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Her transition from Hindi television to regional cinema, followed by her emergence as a producer, is often cited as an example of the increasing crossover between Mumbai-based television and Punjab's film industry.
