RNB Global University (RNBGU) is a state private university located in Bikaner, in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It was established under the laws of the Government of Rajasthan as a self-financed private university, and offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes across a range of disciplines.

The university is promoted by the RNB group, which has interests in education and other sectors. It is named in memory of the founder family's patriarch and is operated through a sponsoring trust. The institution was conceived as a multidisciplinary university serving students from northern Rajasthan and adjoining regions, with Bikaner chosen as the campus city for its established educational ecosystem.
The campus is situated on the outskirts of Bikaner and is built as a residential university with academic blocks, hostels, sports facilities and a central library. Bikaner is well connected by rail and road to Jaipur, Jodhpur and Delhi, which contributes to the university's catchment for students.
