Lavanya Tripathi Konidela (née Tripathi; born 15 December 1990) is an Indian actress who primarily works in Telugu cinema. She began her career as a model and transitioned to acting through Hindi television before establishing herself as a leading actress in the Telugu film industry. Her work has earned her nominations at the SIIMA Awards and the Filmfare Awards South.

Tripathi entered the entertainment industry as a model and won the title of Femina Miss Uttarakhand in 2006. She subsequently moved into acting, making her television debut in 2009 with the Hindi-language show Pyaar Ka Bandhan.
Tripathi made her film debut with the Telugu film Andala Rakshasi (2012). She followed it with the Telugu romantic comedy Doosukeltha (2013) and the Tamil film Bramman (2014), both of which gave her early visibility.
She received wider critical recognition for her portrayal of a dance teacher in Bhale Bhale Magadivoy (2015) and as a lonely wife in Soggade Chinni Nayana (2016), the latter earning her a nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Telugu. She continued to feature in commercially successful Telugu films, including Srirastu Subhamastu (2016), Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi (2017), Arjun Suravaram (2019) and A1 Express (2021).
Tripathi has also worked in streaming productions, with roles in the web series Puli Meka (2023) and Miss Perfect (2024).
Beyond acting, Tripathi is active as a celebrity endorser for various brands and products.
Tripathi is married to Telugu film actor Varun Tej, of the Konidela family. The couple have a son.
