Fakih began her on-screen career through modelling assignments before transitioning into acting in Hindi television. She has appeared in a range of fiction serials and reality formats produced for major Indian general entertainment channels.
Fakih's earlier television appearances include roles in serials produced for Star Plus and Sony Entertainment Television. Her most prominent role came with Kundali Bhagya, a Balaji Telefilms production aired on Zee TV, in which she played Shrishti Arora, the younger sister of the female lead.
