Zahid Mahmood (Sindhi: زاهد محمود ڀٽي; born 20 March 1988) is a Pakistani first-class cricketer who plays domestic cricket for Southern Punjab. A leg-spin bowler, he represents Pakistan in international cricket and made his debut across the shortest and longest formats between 2021 and 2022.

Zahid Mahmood was born on 20 March 1988. He progressed through Pakistan's domestic circuit before earning selection to the national side, and at the time of his international call-up he was associated with Southern Punjab in Pakistan's domestic structure.

Zahid plays domestic cricket for Southern Punjab, one of the regional sides in Pakistan's first-class competition.

International

He made his international debut for the Pakistan cricket team in February 2021, appearing in a Twenty20 International against South Africa. Almost two years later, in December 2022, he was awarded his Test cap when Pakistan hosted England, marking his entry into the longest format of the international game.
