Vedhika Kumar, known mononymously as Vedhika, is an Indian actress and model who primarily works in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam-language films. She has also appeared in Hindi cinema. Over the course of her career, she has received an Asiavision Award and two Edison Awards, in addition to two nominations for the Filmfare Awards South.

Career

Vedhika began her acting career in Tamil cinema with the film Madrasi. She achieved her breakthrough with the period drama Paradesi (2013), which brought her wider recognition across South Indian cinema.
