Overview

Tarun Sai Nethula (born 8 May 1983) is an Indian-born cricketer who has represented the New Zealand national cricket team. A leg-spin bowler, he is among the players of Indian origin to have featured in international cricket for New Zealand.

Nethula began his cricket training at St. Johns Cricket Academy in Hyderabad, Telangana. He moved to New Zealand at the age of 11, where he continued to develop his game and progressed through the domestic system before earning international selection.

He made his international debut for New Zealand in 2012, in a One Day International against Zimbabwe. In that match he bowled his full quota of ten overs but did not pick up a wicket.
