Overview
Tamsin Tilley Beaumont (born 11 March 1991) is an English cricketer who plays for the national team primarily as an opening batter and occasional wicket-keeper. In domestic cricket, she represents The Blaze, and in The Hundred she plays for and captains the Welsh Fire. From the 2025–26 season onwards, she is set to return to her former Women's Big Bash League side, the Adelaide Strikers.
Beaumont was a member of the England squad that won the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup, where she finished as the leading run-scorer of the tournament. She was named Player of the Tournament for her performances and was subsequently appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in recognition of her achievements. In 2019, she was named one of the Wisden Cricketers of the Year.
She became the second woman in history to score a century in all three international formats. Beaumont also holds the record for the highest individual score by an English woman in Test cricket, with an innings of 208. Among contemporary players, she features prominently on the lists of most international centuries and ODI centuries scored by women cricketers.
