Overview
Sanjay Uttamrao Deshmukh (born 21 April 1968) is an Indian politician from Maharashtra. He served as a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, representing the Digras constituency.
Deshmukh was elected to the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly from Digras in 1999 and again in 2004, serving the constituency across these terms.
Beyond his legislative work, Deshmukh is the founder of the Ishwar Deshmukh Foundation. He has also been associated with the cooperative banking sector in the region, serving as a Director of the Yavatmal District Central Cooperative Bank since 2008, having been elected from the Digras branch constituency.
