SSC CGL

Overview

The Combined Graduate Level Examination, commonly known as SSC CGL or CGLE, is a competitive recruitment examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) in India. It is held to select candidates for Group B and Group C posts in various ministries, departments and organisations of the Government of India. The Staff Selection Commission, the body responsible for conducting the examination, was established in 1975.
