Roshni Walia (born 20 September 2001) is an Indian actress who works primarily in Hindi television. She is best known for playing Ajabde Punwar in the historical drama Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap and the title role of Tara Mane in Tara From Satara.

Career

Walia began her on-screen career as a child performer, appearing in the animated–live action family film My Friend Ganesha 4 in 2012. She subsequently moved into Hindi television, where the bulk of her work has been concentrated.

Television

Walia gained wide recognition for portraying the young Ajabde Punwar, the consort of the Mewar prince Pratap, in Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap, a historical drama based on the life of the 16th-century Rajput ruler. She later headlined Tara From Satara as Tara Mane, a girl from the Maharashtrian town of Satara who aspires to a career in dance.

In addition to her early appearance in My Friend Ganesha 4 (2012), Walia features in Son of Sardaar 2 (2025).

Significance
