Overview

Richmond Mutumbami (born 11 June 1989) is a Zimbabwean cricketer who plays as a wicket-keeper batsman. He began his senior career in domestic cricket as a teenager and went on to represent Zimbabwe across formats at the international level.

Mutumbami made his first-class debut at the age of 17, appearing against Southerns in April 2007. The early start gave him an extended grounding in domestic cricket before his elevation to the national side.

Six years after his first-class debut, in April 2013, Mutumbami made his international debut for Zimbabwe in a Test match against Bangladesh. He subsequently made his Twenty20 International debut against Pakistan in May 2015, adding the shortest format to his international experience as a wicket-keeper batsman.
