Overview
Raghubir Yadav is an Indian actor, music composer, singer and set designer who works primarily in Hindi cinema. Trained at the National School of Drama in New Delhi, he is known for his versatility across film and stage.
Yadav made his film debut with Massey Sahib (1985), in which he played the title role. The performance brought him international recognition, including the FIPRESCI Critic's Award at the Venice Film Festival in 1986 and the Silver Peacock Award for Best Actor (Male) at the 11th International Film Festival of India in 1987.
Beyond acting, Yadav has contributed to Indian cinema as a music composer, singer and set designer, drawing on his theatre background and training at the National School of Drama.
