Overview
Rachael Louise Haynes (born 26 December 1986) is an Australian former international cricketer. A left-handed batter, she represented the Australian women's national team and was part of squads that won six world championships across her career.
Haynes served as vice-captain of the Australian women's team from 2017 to 2022, a period during which the side enjoyed considerable success in international competition. Her role in the leadership group complemented her contributions with the bat at the top of the order.
At the domestic level, Haynes enjoyed prolonged success in Australian women's cricket. She won seven titles with New South Wales in the Women's National Cricket League (WNCL) and added two further titles with the Sydney Thunder in the Women's Big Bash League (WBBL).
