Old Neredmet is a residential locality in the Medchal–Malkajgiri district of Telangana, India. Geography
Old Neredmet lies in the northeastern part of the Hyderabad urban agglomeration, adjoining localities such as Neredmet, Sainikpuri, Vinayak Nagar, Malkajgiri and Safilguda. The area is connected to central Secunderabad by arterial roads passing through AOC Centre and Tirumalagiri.
Civic administration

Secunderabad Junction is the principal long-distance railway terminus serving the area, and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad is the nearest airport.

The locality and its surroundings host a number of schools, colleges and private healthcare facilities catering to its residential population, which includes a significant proportion of defence personnel and government employees owing to the proximity of Secunderabad Cantonment.
