Neil Wagner (born 13 March 1986) is a former New Zealand Test cricketer who represented the New Zealand national side at the international level and played domestic cricket for Northern Districts and Otago. He was a member of the New Zealand squad that won the inaugural ICC World Test Championship cycle in 2019–2021.

Background
Wagner began his senior domestic career in New Zealand with the Northern Districts cricket team, for whom he played until the 2007/08 season. He subsequently moved to Otago, where he was associated with the side from 2008 to 2018.
International career
Wagner went on to play Test cricket for New Zealand. He was part of the New Zealand team that won the 2019–2021 edition of the ICC World Test Championship, the first cycle of the competition organised by the International Cricket Council.
On 27 February 2024, Wagner announced his retirement from international cricket.
