Mohammad Naeem Islam (Bengali: মোহাম্মদ নাঈম ইসলাম; born 31 December 1986) is a former Bangladeshi international cricketer. He is presently a national selector of the Bangladesh national cricket team.
Born on 31 December 1986 in Gaibandha, Naeem is a right-handed batsman and an occasional off-break bowler. His all-round abilities saw him represent Bangladesh at the international level before he transitioned into a role in cricket administration.
Following his playing career, Naeem took up duties as a national selector, contributing to the process of identifying and developing players for the Bangladesh national side.
