Mohanlal Sukhadia University, also known as the University of Udaipur or Udaipur University, is a public university located in Udaipur city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It functions as a multi-faculty institution offering programmes across a range of academic disciplines.

The institution traces its origins to an agricultural university established in 1956. In 1964, it was reorganised as a multi-faculty university and named the University of Udaipur. Two decades later, in 1984, it was renamed Mohanlal Sukhadia University in memory of the politician Mohanlal Sukhadia.

The university operates from two campuses spread over an area of more than 600 acres. It has been accredited at "A" Grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bengaluru, with a CGPA of 3.26.
