Meezaan Jafri (born Syed Meezaan Ahmed Jaffrey; 9 March 1995) is an Indian actor who works in Hindi-language films. He made his screen debut in the period romance Malaal (2019), and has since appeared in Hungama 2 (2021), Yaariyan 2 (2023) and De De Pyaar De 2 (2025).

Meezaan Jafri belongs to a family with a long association with Hindi cinema. His father, Jaaved Jaaferi, is an actor and television presenter known for his work in films and as a host of comedy and dance-based programmes. His paternal grandfather was the comedian Jagdeep, best remembered for the role of Soorma Bhopali in Sholay (1975).

Career

Debut and early work

Jafri made his acting debut in Malaal (2019), a romantic drama in which he played the male lead opposite a fellow newcomer. His performance in the film earned him critical praise.

Subsequent films

He went on to star in the comedy Hungama 2 (2021), followed by the romantic drama Yaariyan 2 (2023). In 2025, he featured in De De Pyaar De 2.
