Mathew Stuart Sinclair, born 9 November 1975, is a former cricketer who represented New Zealand at international level. Australian-born, he went on to make his career in New Zealand cricket, primarily as a right-handed middle order batsman who also took on the role of opener at various points in his career.

Sinclair made a notable entry into international cricket with his Test debut against the West Indies in 1999.
