Mancheswar Industrial Estate is one of the oldest and largest planned industrial estates in the Indian state of Odisha. Located on the north-western fringe of Bhubaneswar, the capital city, it forms a major manufacturing, warehousing and small-scale industry hub for the region. The estate is administered under the framework of the Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO).

Location and connectivity
The estate lies in the Mancheswar area of Bhubaneswar, in Khordha district. It is served by the Mancheswar railway station on the Howrah–Chennai main line of the East Coast Railway, and has road links to National Highway 16 as well as the city's internal road network. The Mancheswar Carriage Repair Workshop of Indian Railways is situated in the same locality, contributing to the area's industrial character.
