Overview
Mahendra Yadav (Nepali: महेन्द्र यादव; born 18 August 1962) is a Nepali politician associated with the Nepali Congress. He has held senior responsibilities within his party as well as in the Government of Nepal.
Yadav served as Minister of Water Supply and Sanitation in the cabinet led by Sher Bahadur Deuba. In this capacity, he was responsible for the portfolio dealing with the country's water supply and sanitation services.
Within the Nepali Congress, Yadav formerly held the position of Deputy General Secretary, an organisational role in the party's central leadership.
