The Karnataka Power Corporation Limited (KPCL) is a state-owned power generation company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Background

KPCL was established by the Government of Karnataka to plan, construct, operate, and maintain power generating stations in the state. It functions under the administrative control of the state's Energy Department and supplies electricity primarily to the state-owned distribution companies (ESCOMs) that serve consumers across Karnataka.

The corporation manages a diversified generation portfolio comprising:
