Kalpana Priyadarshini (5 October 1965 – 25 January 2016), known mononymously as Kalpana, was an Indian actress who worked predominantly in Malayalam and Tamil cinema, with appearances in other South Indian language films as well. Over a career spanning nearly four decades, she acted in more than 300 films and became particularly well known for her comic roles. She received the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress at the 60th National Film Awards for her performance in the Malayalam film Thanichalla Njan (2012).
