Joel Garner (born 16 December 1952) is a former West Indian cricketer who was part of the highly regarded West Indies cricket teams of the late 1970s and early 1980s. A tall fast bowler, he was a key member of the bowling attack that helped the West Indies dominate international cricket for over a decade.

Garner is the highest ranked One Day International bowler according to the ICC best-ever bowling ratings, and is placed 37th in the Test rankings. His effectiveness in limited-overs cricket made him a central figure in the West Indies' success at major tournaments.
He was part of the West Indies side that won their second world title at the 1979 Cricket World Cup, and was again in the team that finished as runners-up at the 1983 Cricket World Cup.
In conjunction with his fellow fast bowlers, the West Indies reached unprecedented heights in both Test and one-day cricket, not losing a Test series for 15 years.
