The publication later shifted its principal operations to Kanpur and expanded into other cities of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi. Jagran Prakashan was later incorporated as the corporate vehicle that consolidated the group's publishing and allied media interests.

Print

The company's print portfolio is led by Dainik Jagran, which is among the most widely read Hindi dailies in India. Jagran Prakashan also publishes a number of other titles in Hindi and English aimed at varied readerships, including business, lifestyle and youth segments. Following the acquisition of Mid-Day Multimedia, the group added the English tabloid Mid-Day and the Urdu daily Inquilab to its stable of newspapers.
