The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Nutrition (IHM Pusa) is a hospitality and catering education institute located at Pusa Complex in New Delhi, India. It is one of the central Institutes of Hotel Management affiliated with the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) and is among the oldest and best-known hospitality training institutions in the country.
