Overview
The Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore or IIM-I) is an autonomous public business school located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Founded in 1996, it is part of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) system, a group of premier management institutions in the country.
IIM Indore was declared an institute of national importance in 2017, along with the other IIMs, under the legislation governing these institutions. The school offers programmes in management education and conducts research and executive training in related fields.
The institute became the second IIM to receive the Triple Crown Accreditation, a designation awarded to business schools that hold all three of the leading global accreditations in management education: the Association of MBAs (AMBA, United Kingdom), the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB, United States), and EQUIS, granted by the European Foundation for Management Development.
