Overview
Syed Imtiyaz Jaleel (born 10 August 1968), also known as Imtiyaz Jaleel Syed, is an Indian politician affiliated with the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM). He serves as the state president of the party in Maharashtra.
Jaleel was elected to the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly from the Aurangabad Central constituency in 2014. In the 2019 general elections, he was elected to the Lok Sabha from the Aurangabad Lok Sabha constituency, representing AIMIM in Parliament.
As a parliamentarian, Jaleel has served as a member of the Standing Committee on Urban Development.
