Overview

Harry Cherrington Brook (born 22 February 1999) is an English international cricketer who represents England across all three formats of the game. A right-handed batsman who also bowls right-arm medium pace, Brook serves as the Test vice-captain of England and as captain in One Day Internationals (ODIs) and Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). At the domestic level he plays for Yorkshire County Cricket Club.

2022 T20 World Cup

Brook was part of the England squad that won the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup, contributing to England's title campaign in the tournament.

ICC rankings and recognition

In December 2024, during England's tour of New Zealand, Brook topped the ICC rankings for Test batsmen. He was also named ICC Men's Player of the Month on two occasions, in December 2022 and again in February 2023.
