Craig Richard Ervine (born 19 August 1985) is a Zimbabwean international cricketer and a former captain of the Zimbabwe national cricket team. A left-handed batter, he has represented Zimbabwe across Test, One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International formats, and has appeared in domestic first-class cricket in Zimbabwe's Logan Cup.

Background
Ervine was born in Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe, on 19 August 1985. In addition to his Zimbabwean nationality, he holds an Irish passport.
Career
Ervine has played Test cricket and limited overs cricket for Zimbabwe, and has turned out for a number of Zimbabwean sides in the Logan Cup, the country's premier first-class domestic competition. He has also captained the national side.
One Day International milestone
In January 2022, Ervine played in his 100th ODI match in the opening fixture of Zimbabwe's series against Sri Lanka, becoming part of a small group of Zimbabwean cricketers to reach the century mark in the format.
Significance
As a long-serving left-handed batter and former captain, Ervine has been one of the senior figures in Zimbabwean cricket through the 2010s and into the 2020s, contributing across all three international formats as well as in domestic first-class competition.
