The station is situated in Bhildi, a town in Deesa taluka of Banaskantha district. The surrounding region is largely agricultural, with cumin, mustard, and castor among the principal crops. Bhildi is a few kilometres from Deesa, one of the larger towns in the district, and is connected by road to Palanpur, the district headquarters.
