Bankhedi railway station

Bankhedi railway station is a railway station serving the town of Bankhedi in the Narmadapuram district (formerly Hoshangabad district) of Madhya Pradesh, India. It lies on the Itarsi–Jabalpur section of the Howrah–Allahabad–Mumbai line, one of the major trunk routes of Indian Railways.

Bankhedi is a small town in the Narmada valley, located between the divisional headquarters of Itarsi and the city of Jabalpur. The station functions primarily as a halt for passenger and a limited number of express services that operate on the Itarsi–Jabalpur corridor.
