The station is situated in Badli, an area in the north-western part of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The neighbourhood is largely residential and industrial, with the Badli Industrial Area located in the vicinity. The station serves passengers from nearby localities including Samaypur, Siraspur and parts of Rohini.

Services

Badli is primarily a halt for suburban and passenger services operating in the Delhi area. It functions as a feeder station for commuters travelling towards Delhi Junction, Old Delhi and other major terminals in the city. As a smaller station on the network, it does not serve as a halt for most long-distance express trains.

Connectivity

The locality is also served by the Badli station of the Delhi Metro's Yellow Line, which provides additional rapid transit connectivity for residents of the area. Local road transport, including buses operated by the Delhi Transport Corporation, links the station to surrounding neighbourhoods.
