Asit Sen
Asit Sen (1917–1993) was an Indian actor associated with Hindi and Bengali cinema. He is remembered for a long career in supporting and character roles, often providing comic relief in Hindi films of the 1960s and 1970s.

Background
Asit Sen worked across both the Bengali film industry and the Hindi film industry based in Bombay (now Mumbai). He should not be confused with the filmmaker Asit Sen (director), a contemporary Bengali director who shared the same name and also worked in Hindi cinema.
