Angad Bedi was born into a sporting family. His father, Bishan Singh Bedi, was one of India's most celebrated left-arm spinners and a former captain of the Indian cricket team. Bedi began his on-screen career as a television presenter and host before transitioning to acting. He appeared in supporting roles in Hindi films during the early 2010s, gradually building a body of work in ensemble productions.

Film

His notable Hindi film appearances include F.A.L.T.U. (2011), the courtroom drama Pink (2016) directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury and produced by Shoojit Sircar, in which he played one of the principal antagonists opposite Amitabh Bachchan. He went on to appear in Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), Soorma (2018), based on the life of hockey player Sandeep Singh, and The Zoya Factor (2019), among others.

Bedi has been part of the streaming wave in Indian entertainment, with appearances in web series produced for platforms such as Netflix and ZEE5. Angad Bedi married actress and former Miss India Neha Dhupia in May 2018. The couple have two children. The family is based in Mumbai.
