Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Jeremiah is an Indian actress and playback singer who works predominantly in Tamil cinema, with appearances in Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi films. She is known both for her work as a vocalist on film soundtracks and for her roles as a leading actress in Tamil films from the late 2000s onwards.

She made her acting debut in the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam (2007), directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon. She subsequently appeared in Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa (2010), also directed by Menon, in a supporting role that drew wider attention.

Andrea has since taken on lead roles in films across genres, including Aayirathil Oruvan (2010), directed by Selvaraghavan; Vishwaroopam (2013) and its sequel Vishwaroopam II (2018), both directed by and starring Kamal Haasan; and Taramani (2017), directed by Ram. She has also worked in Malayalam cinema and made occasional appearances in Telugu and Hindi productions.
