Ahan Shetty is an Indian actor who works primarily in Hindi-language films. He is the son of veteran Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty and entered the film industry as a lead actor with the 2021 release Tadap.

Background
Ahan Shetty was born into the Shetty family of the Hindi film industry. His father, Suniel Shetty, has been a leading actor in Hindi cinema since the early 1990s. His elder sister, Athiya Shetty, is also an actor and made her acting debut in 2015. Before taking up acting, Ahan was associated with modelling and assisted on film sets to learn the craft.

Debut: Tadap (2021)
Ahan Shetty made his lead debut in Tadap, directed by Milan Luthria and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment in association with Fox Star Studios. The film, released on 3 December 2021, is a Hindi remake of the Telugu film RX 100 (2018). He played the male lead opposite Tara Sutaria.
Subsequent work
Following his debut, Ahan signed projects with established Hindi-film production houses, continuing to work in the action and romantic-drama space.
Significance
Ahan Shetty is part of a generation of younger actors from established film families who entered Hindi cinema in the early 2020s. His launch under Sajid Nadiadwala's banner, a producer associated with several major star debuts, drew attention to him as a newcomer.
