Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) is an Indian media and entertainment company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is one of India's largest publicly listed media companies, operating a portfolio of television channels, a film studio, a digital streaming platform, and music and live entertainment businesses. Founded by Subhash Chandra in 1992, the company pioneered private satellite television in India with the launch of Zee TV.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises is the flagship media business of the Essel Group. The company was incorporated in 1982 and reorganised around the broadcasting business after the launch of Zee TV in October 1992, which was India's first private Hindi-language satellite channel. Over the following decades, ZEEL expanded into multiple Indian languages, international markets serving the Indian diaspora, and adjacent businesses such as film production, music publishing and digital streaming.
ZEEL operates a large bouquet of channels in Hindi and regional Indian languages, including Zee TV, Zee Cinema, Zee Anmol, &TV, and Zee Action, along with regional channels such as Zee Marathi, Zee Bangla, Zee Tamil, Zee Telugu, Zee Kannada, and Zee Keralam. The company also distributes channels internationally to audiences in the United States, the United Kingdom, Africa, the Middle East and South-East Asia.
ZEE5 is the company's over-the-top (OTT) streaming platform, launched in 2018. It offers films, originals, television catch-up content and live channels across multiple Indian languages.
Zee Studios is the film production and distribution arm, producing and co-producing Hindi and regional films. Zee Music Company is the company's music label, which has built a substantial catalogue of Hindi film and non-film music.
Subhash Chandra served as the founding chairman of ZEEL. Punit Goenka, his son, has served as managing director and chief executive officer of the company.
