The World University of Design (WUD) is a state private university located in Sonipat, Haryana, India. It is one of the few universities in the country dedicated specifically to education in design and the creative arts. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes across disciplines such as fashion, communication design, architecture, visual arts, performing arts, management and design-led entrepreneurship.

WUD was established under a Haryana state legislation enabling private universities, and operates as a self-financed institution.
