Vishal Jethwa (born 6 July 1994) is an Indian actor who works primarily in Hindi-language film and television. He first drew wider attention for his portrayal of the Mughal emperor Akbar in the historical television series Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap, and later for his performance as the antagonist Sunny in the action thriller Mardaani 2 (2019).

Jethwa began his on-screen career in Indian television, where he took up supporting and historical roles before transitioning to feature films. His early television work, particularly in period drama, established him with audiences on Hindi general entertainment channels.
Jethwa played Akbar in Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap, a historical drama that aired on Sony TV. The series dramatised the life of the Rajput ruler Maharana Pratap and his contemporaries, and Jethwa's role as the young Mughal emperor placed him among the principal antagonists in the narrative.
In 2019, Jethwa appeared as Sunny, the principal antagonist, in Mardaani 2, a Hindi-language crime thriller in the Mardaani film series produced by Yash Raj Films. The role marked his Hindi feature film debut in a prominent capacity and brought him broader recognition.
He went on to play Chandan in Homebound (2025).
Jethwa is among the actors who moved from Hindi television historicals to feature film antagonist roles, with Mardaani 2 in particular being noted as a turning point in his on-screen career.
