Vikas Bhalla (born 24 October 1972) is an Indian actor, singer and producer who works primarily in Hindi cinema and television. He began his career as a film lead in the mid-1990s, transitioned to television in the early 2000s, and has parallelly pursued a career as a singer and playback artist.

Bhalla received formal training in Hindustani classical music at Allahabad University, where he studied under Pandit Jialal Vasant. This grounding in classical music later shaped his work as a singer and playback artist alongside his acting career.
Bhalla made his film debut in 1995 with Ramesh Modi's Sauda, in which he played the lead role of Deepak opposite Neelam. The film drew its premise from the Hollywood production Indecent Proposal. He went on to feature as a lead actor in a number of Hindi films in the early 1990s.
Bhalla made his television debut in 2001 with Apne Paray, in which he portrayed the son of veteran actor Rajesh Khanna. He subsequently appeared in several Hindi television serials, including:
He also took part in Zee TV's singing reality show Star Ya Rockstar, and was a contestant on the ninth season of the Colors TV reality show Bigg Boss (Bigg Boss 9).
Bhalla has released the music albums Hai Dhuan, Awaara and Mehek Teri. The track "Hai Dhuan" from his debut album Dhuan received wide acceptance and established him as a popular singer. He recorded his first playback song, "Paagal Si Saari Leheren", for the 2007 film Marigold. He later provided the playback vocals for the song "Po Po" from the 2012 film Son of Sardaar, picturised on Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt.
Bhalla owns the production company Rat Race Entertainment, established in 2008. He is also a director and co-founder of IndoWest Films, established in 2013.
Bhalla is one of the relatively few Hindi entertainment personalities to have sustained parallel careers as a film and television actor, an album and playback singer, and a production house owner. His classical music training, his early-1990s film lead roles, and his subsequent television work made him a familiar presence across multiple segments of the Indian entertainment industry through the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s.
