VIT-AP University, formally Vellore Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh, is a state private university located at Farrukhabad in Amaravati, the capital region of Andhra Pradesh, India. It was established in 2017 as an extension of the Vellore Institute of Technology system, and offers programmes across undergraduate, postgraduate, integrated, dual-degree and research streams.

The university was set up by the Vellore Institute of Technology, a higher education group originally based in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, as part of its expansion beyond its parent campus.
