Taj Fisherman's Cove Resort & Spa is a beach resort hotel located on the Coromandel Coast of Tamil Nadu, India, on the outskirts of Chennai. It is operated by the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) under its flagship Taj brand and is positioned as a leisure resort catering to both domestic and international travellers.

The resort is situated at Covelong, a fishing village on the East Coast Road (ECR) south of Chennai, between the city and the temple town of Mahabalipuram. The property occupies a site associated with an 18th-century Dutch fort that once stood on the headland overlooking the Bay of Bengal, and the resort layout incorporates references to this maritime heritage. The surrounding stretch of coast is known for its sandy beaches, fishing hamlets and proximity to several heritage and cultural sites.
As a full-service Taj resort, the property offers guest rooms and cottages, multiple restaurants serving Indian and international cuisine, a Jiva Spa wellness centre, swimming pools, banquet and conference facilities, and direct access to the beach. It is commonly used for destination weddings, corporate retreats and leisure stays from Chennai.
The hotel forms part of IHCL's network of resorts in southern India, which includes properties at hill stations, heritage sites and coastal locations. IHCL, founded by Jamsetji Tata, opened its first hotel — the Taj Mahal Palace in Bombay — in 1903, and has since expanded its leisure portfolio along India's coastline, including the Tamil Nadu shore.
Taj Fisherman's Cove is among the more prominent beach resorts on the Chennai–Mahabalipuram stretch, a corridor that has developed into a major leisure and tourism belt for the Chennai metropolitan region. Its proximity to the UNESCO-listed Group of Monuments at Mahabalipuram and to DakshinaChitra makes it a base for cultural tourism in addition to beach holidays.
