Sunil Tatkare

Sunil Dattatray Tatkare (born 10 July 1955) is an Indian politician serving as a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha, representing the Raigad constituency in Maharashtra. He is a senior leader of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP).

Over the course of his political career, Tatkare has held several key ministerial portfolios in the Government of Maharashtra. These include Finance, Energy, Water Resources, and Food and Civil Supplies, reflecting a long association with administrative and policy roles at the state level.

On 3 July 2023, Tatkare was appointed State President of the Nationalist Congress Party in Maharashtra, taking on responsibility for leading the party's organisational affairs in the state.
