Sister Nivedita University is a private university located in New Town, Kolkata, in the Indian state of West Bengal. It was established under the Sister Nivedita University Act, 2017, and forms part of the Techno India Group, a network of educational institutions operating across the state.
The university is named after Sister Nivedita (Margaret Elizabeth Noble), a disciple of Swami Vivekananda known for her work in education and social reform in India.
