Selman is part of the women's cricket setup of Cricket West Indies (CWI), the governing body that administers cricket across member nations of the Caribbean. Women's cricket in the West Indies is organised through CWI and feeds into the regional team that competes in ICC tournaments such as the Women's Cricket World Cup and the ICC Women's T20 World Cup.
Selman has appeared for the West Indies in international women's cricket. As with other regional players, her appearances would have come through selection by Cricket West Indies for bilateral series and ICC events.
The West Indies women's team is a composite side drawn from member territories of Cricket West Indies, including Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, and the Leeward and Windward Islands. The side won the ICC Women's World Twenty20 in 2016, marking a significant milestone for women's cricket in the Caribbean.
