Sandhya Agarwal is an Indian former cricketer who represented the India women's national cricket team. She was a right-handed batter and was among the prominent figures in Indian women's cricket during the 1980s and early 1990s.

Sandhya Agarwal emerged as a top-order batter in Indian women's cricket at a time when the women's game in India was developing institutionally under the Women's Cricket Association of India (WCAI), the body that administered the sport prior to its merger with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
Agarwal played Test and One Day International cricket for India. She was known for her consistent batting and accumulated a substantial volume of runs in Test cricket for India during her playing years. She represented India in matches against the leading women's teams of the era, including England, Australia and New Zealand.
Agarwal is regarded as one of the leading Indian women batters of her generation. Her career contributed to the visibility of women's cricket in India in the period before the sport came under the administrative umbrella of the BCCI in 2006.
